Terms of Service

1. Preparation and Request* INQUIRIES: Clients must contact me to discuss the commission
details BEFORE placing an order.

references you provide, the better the final result!
- Note: References must be sent directly as JPEG or PNG files.
Please do not send external links.* DEFAULT SETTINGS: If no specific request is made regarding
canvas size or composition, I will default to:
- Canvas: A4 (300 DPI) or 2048 x 2048 px (300 DPI)
- Pose: Simple pose

2. Pricing and DrawingAll commissions are fully rendered digital illustrations
(Lineart, Color, Light, & Shadow).* COMMISSION TYPES (Starting Base Prices):
- Headshot / Bust : $40 USD | Rp 600.000
- Half Body : $50 USD | Rp 750.000
- Full Body : $60 USD | Rp 900.000* EXTRA CHARACTERS:
- +50% of the base price per additional character in a piece.* BACKGROUNDS:
- Solid Color / Transparent / None: +$0
- Simple Background (Patterns, abstract shapes): +10% of the base price
- Detailed Background (Environment/Scene): +50% of the base priceNote: Final pricing may vary depending on design complexity and may be negotiated.

3. Payment* 100% UPFRONT: Payment must be made in full at the final agreed
price before I begin working on the sketch.* ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:
- International : PayPal, Ko-fi (USD)
- Local (Indo) : GOPAY, Bank Transfer (IDR)
(IDR conversion rate is fixed at $1 USD = Rp 15.000)

4. RevisionsWHAT'S INCLUDED: You receive 5 free MINOR revisions and 1 free
MAJOR revision during the sketch/planning phase.* DEFINING REVISIONS:
- A revision is defined as a change in the client's plan or request.- ARTIST MISTAKES:
If a change is needed because I missed a detail in your reference, it will be fixed for free and will NOT count against your limit.- CLIENT MISTAKES/CHANGES:
If a change is requested because you changed your mind or forgot to mention a detail, it will count towards your limit.* DURING RENDERING:
- Only minor adjustments (such as minor color tweaks) are allowed once rendering begins. No major redraws will be done during this phase. Extra fees apply if you exceed the limit.

5. Timeline Cancellation and Refunds* TURNAROUND TIME (TAT):
- Standard completion time is up to 2 weeks.
- If I have a tight schedule, it may take at least 3 weeks, which I will communicate clearly to you before accepting the payment.* CANCELLATION BY ARTIST:
- If I need to cancel your commission for any reason, a 100% full refund will be issued.* CANCELLATION BY CLIENT (REFUND POLICY):
- If you cancel during the ROUGH SKETCH phase (messy lines/pose setup),
a 100% full refund will be issued.
- If you cancel during or after the BLACK & WHITE SHADING phase,
a partial refund of 50% will be kept to compensate for the major
layout time already spent.
- Strictly NO refunds will be issued once the FINAL RENDERING &
COLORING phase has started.

6. Do's and Dont's* I WILL DRAW:
- R-15
- Original Characters (OCs)
- Fanart (Anime, Manga, Games)
- Animals, non-humanoid creatures* I WILL NOT DRAW:
- NSFW / R-18 / Explicit Content
- Excessive / Extreme Gore
- Political, hateful, or offensive imagery
- Any work intended for AI training, datasets, or NFTs

7. Usage and Copyright* ARTIST RIGHTS:
- I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the artwork on my social media portfolios.* CLIENT RIGHTS (PERSONAL USE ONLY):
- Clients receive personal-use rights.
- Posting the artwork on your personal social media accounts counts as personal use and is completely allowed, provided you give proper credit to me.* COMMERCIAL USE:
- Merchandising, promotional use, or any profit-making ventures require a commercial fee, which must be negotiated in advance.
